Carpet Cleaning

1) We start off by examining the carpet to determine what type of fabric and the process that will be needed to determine the products we will use based on the needs of your carpet.

2) Our Techs will move any furniture that isn’t too heavy or fragile.

3) A dry soil removal is done thoroughly around the carpeted area.

4) A pre-spray solution is applied to break down any traffic area soil and difficult stains for a more detailed cleaning. A rotating brush is then used to agitate the fibers of the carpet to loosen any soil.

5) The carpet is then thoroughly steam cleaned to eliminate as much soil and allergens as possible. We then extract most of the moisture through a vacuum system.

6) The carpet is then rinsed to ensure the removal of any solution applied to the carpet and bringing the carpet back to its normal ph balance which helps leave the carpet soft and free of any residue.

7) Any spots left that the extraction did not remove gets a special spot treatment. Any problems that persist will be disclosed then any furniture that was moved will be put in its original place.

Plastic will be placed on the legs to prevent staining the carpet with wood stain
from the furniture legs.

8) The cleaned carpet is then raked one more time to aerate the fibers and fluff up the carpet to help the air flow which will quicken the drying time.

9) We finally do a walk through with the customer to look over the work and make sure they are completely satisfied with the work we provided.

Natural Stone Cleaning

1. The stone is pre inspected to determine the cleaning process needed for your specific stone.

2. Anything around the stones will be covered with plastic to insure it will not be damaged during the cleaning process.

3. The cleaning process varies depending on the stone. All cleaning products are made for the type of stone that’s being cleaned.

After it is then machine brushed. A hot water extracting tool is then used to rinse the stone to achieve maximum soil removal and best finishing look.

4. Any type of stone that is scuffed or scratched can be restored by using a rotary machine. Diamond abrasives are used to remove just enough stone to get rid of any scratches or scuffs.

This process is used with water to collect any dust.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

1. The tile is inspected to determine the best cleaning process for your specific needs.

2. Anything surrounding the tile is covered and protected to insure no damage to your belongings.

3. Dry soil removal is then performed to pick up any debris.

4. The tile is sprayed with a specific cleaning product made for the tile that’s being treated.

5. Any trouble areas are then brushed with a machine to loosen any soil embedded in the tile. Then the entire floor is then cleaned with a pressure cleaning machine.

6. A rinse solution is then applied to the pressure machine during the cleaning, sanitizing and bringing the PH balance to its normal state.

7. Sealer is then applied depending on the type of tile.

8. The technician does a final walk through with the customer to go over the work that was done.

Hardwood Cleaning

1. The technician first examines the floors to determine if there are any contaminants that will affect the adhesive of the finished product.

2. All moveable furniture is then moved.

3. The floor will then get a thorough dry soil removal to remove any loose debris.

4. The process of cleaning depends on the services that are needed for the specific floor.

5. The drying process is quick and will be ready to be walked on in no time.

6. The technicians will then do a final walk through with the customer to go over the work that was done.

Area Rug Cleaning

1. The rug is examined to determine the best cleaning process for your rug. Our company will offer to pick up your area rug, or you can drop it off at our office.

2. Dry soil removal is then done to remove any debris or soil in the rug.

3. Depending on the fibers, the rug is then pre-treated with a solution to emulsify any soil.

4. Any difficult spots are sprayed with a special solution to increase the chances of being removed.

5. The rug is then thoroughly steam cleaned to eliminate as much soil and allergens as possible. We then extract most of the moisture through a vacuum system.

6. The rug is then brushed to aerate the fibers to quicken drying time.

7. Then special drying equipment is then set up to ensure the rug is dried properly.

8. Once dried, the carpet is inspected and prepared to be returned or picked up.

Window Cleaning

1. All screens will be removed to be placed on an area where they will be washed through a special screen cleaning machine.

2. All window tracks will be cleaned and a dry soil removal will be done.

3. Exterior windows will be cleaning with a pure water system, which uses reverse osmosis and deionization to produce mineral-free water for streak-free windows.

4. Interior windows will be cleaned with a squeegee.

5. The tech will do a walk through with the customer to look over the quality of work.

Upholstery Cleaning

Taking care of your furniture is crucial as with time allergen and dust mites will start forming and soil will start accumulating.

1. The technician will examine the upholstery to determine the type of fabric to make sure it is given the proper treatment for the fabric type.

2. The technician then prepares the surrounding area where the upholstery is cleaned to protect all other furnishing.

3. The tech will then do a dry soil removal to remove any loose soil on the surface.

4. Pre-spray is then applied to the upholstery to break down all soil embedded in the fabric.

5. Any stains will be sprayed with a pre-treatment to increase the chance of
removal.

6. The fabric is then brushed with a special upholstery brush to loosen any soil.

7. The fabric is then rinsed and vacuumed with a vacuum system to remove any soil and allergens.

8. The fabric is then brought back to its original Ph balance to ensure it stays soft and fresh.

9. Any stains left behind will be treated with a special spot treatment.

10. The fabric will then be brushed thoroughly to start the drying process.

11. The upholstery is then positioned to promote faster drying time.

12. The technician will then review the cleaning work with the client to make sure, they are satisfied with the work that was done.
